Rubber mould service
Rubber mould is mainly used in the process environment which needs to strengthen the forming pressure or transfer the forming pressure. Rubber molds are useful when it is difficult for vacuum bags to enter the recessed areas of complex cavities. For example, when a vertical part on a stiffened plate is formed, the expansion of the rubber mold causes the sides of the vertical part in the workpiece to be subjected to process pressure. The application of rubber mold has two basic forms, that is, fixed volume and variable volume.
