electroplating service

A method of forming metallic coatings (plating films) on subject metal surfaces submerged in solutions containing ions by utilizing electrical reduction effects. Electoplating is employed in a wide variety of fields from micro components to large products in information equipment, automobiles, and home appliances for ornamental plating, anti-corrosive plating, and functional plating.

Powder coating service

Powder coating is a type of coating that is applied as a free-flowing, dry powder. Unlike conventional liquid paint which is delivered via an evaporating solvent, powder coating is typically applied electrostatically and then cured under heat or with ultraviolet light. The powder may be a thermoplastic or a thermoset polymer. It is usually used to create a hard finish that is tougher than conventional paint. Powder coating is mainly used for coating of metals, such as household appliances, aluminium extrusions, drum hardware, automobiles, and bicycle frames. Advancements in powder coating technology like UV curable powder coatings allow for other materials such as plastics, composites, carbon fiber, and MDF (medium-density fibreboard) to be powder coated due to the minimum heat and oven dwell time required to process these components.

Sandblasting service

Abrasive blasting, more commonly known as sandblasting, is the operation of forcibly propelling a stream of abrasive material against a surface under high pressure to smooth a rough surface, roughen a smooth surface, shape a surface or remove surface contaminants. A pressurised fluid, typically compressed air, or a centrifugal wheel is used to propel the blasting material (often called the media).

Shot peening service

Shot peening is a surface strengthening process widely used in factories. It is a cold processing process that uses pellets to hit the workpiece surface and implant residual compressive stress to improve the fatigue strength of the workpiece. It is widely used to improve mechanical strength, wear resistance, fatigue resistance and corrosion resistance of parts.

Painting service

There are spray painting, electrostatic painting, electrodeposition painting, powder painting methods, and are generally used for surface decorations, anti-rusting and anti-corrosion. Recently, functional painting such as electro-conductive painting, non-adhesive painting, and lubricating painting are in active uses.

Water transfer printing service

The water transfer printing process is extensively used to decorate items that range from entire all-terrain vehicles and car dashboards, to small items like bike helmets or other automotive trim. Films can be applied to all types of substrates including plastic, fiberglass, wood, ceramics, and metal. For the most part, if the item can be dipped in water and can be painted using traditional techniques then the hydrographic printing process can be used.

Silkscreen printing service

Screen printing (traditionally called silkscreen printing; also known as serigraphy and serigraph printing) is a printing technique where a mesh is used to transfer ink (or dye) onto a substrate, except in areas made impermeable to the ink by a blocking stencil. A blade or squeegee is moved across the screen to fill the open mesh apertures with ink, and a reverse stroke then causes the screen to touch the substrate momentarily along a line of contact. This causes the ink to wet the substrate and be pulled out of the mesh apertures as the screen springs back after the blade has passed. One colour is printed at a time, so several screens can be used to produce a multi-coloured image or design.

Anodizing service

Anodizing is an electrolytic passivation process used to increase the thickness of the natural oxide layer on the surface of metal parts.
